An insert installation replaces the window while keeping the existing frame in place. This option is often faster and more cost-effective when the surrounding frame is still in good condition.

OLKORF Construction is owner-operated, which means I’m personally involved in the work I take on. I’m not just the person you speak with about the project — I’m also the person who shows up and does the installation.
For me, that makes a difference. I can see the condition of the opening, understand what needs to be done, and make decisions based on what is actually happening on site. If something needs extra attention, it doesn’t have to pass through several people before it gets addressed.
I focus primarily on window and door installation and prefer to take on work where I can stay involved from the initial conversation through the finished installation. My goal is simple: do the work carefully, communicate clearly, and leave the customer with a result I’m comfortable putting my name on.
We proudly serve homeowners throughout Madison, Sun Prairie, Middleton, Verona, Waunakee, Fitchburg, DeForest, Cottage Grove, Stoughton, Janesville, Baraboo, Portage, and nearby communities.
